in 2011. But she never told her husband about the birth, instead she
gave the baby up for adoption. When Achane, returned from combat
service, he learned that he has a daughter.
Achane was devastated when he learned that his wife gave the baby up for adoption without his consent. He went to the adoption agency but they refused to give him any information.
According to reports, when the mother brought the baby to the adoption agency she told officials that “Achane had abandoned them.”
The adoption center then found baby Teleah a home with a loving couple, who were later identified as Jared and Kristi Frei, from Utah. The couple adopted and raised Teleah as their own since she was a newborn. Achane, divorced his wife and he went to court to fight to get his baby girl back.
Now, Teleah, who is 21-months-old is finally back with her father after Judge Darold McDade ruled in his favor. The parties attended a closed hearing to grant visitation for the Freises, who also love the child.
