ClarenceTurner, from Ohio, USA, was a soldier during the Second World War, he has parachuted several times from a plane. But this time the 87-year-old man made the jump, just for pleasure.
His goal was to save a life.

His 10-month-old great-grandson, was born suffering from a serious lung disease that could require a transplant. Clarence wanted to help the baby, as the hospitalization expenses only, are over 1 million dollars.
Freefalling from 11,000 feet, made him generate attention of his fellow citizens and raise a large sum that will relieve the family from Julian's medical bills.
The grandfather of the baby that has not been able to leave hospital since the day he was born said with deep emotion: "I have made 17 jumps in a parachute in my life, but today I did not do for me, but for Julian. It's the least I can do for him. "
Clarence served as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army from 1944 to 1947.
